Return Policy

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Whether the product is defective, seems defective, or is incorrect, you are welcome to send it back to us for a FULL REFUND within 15 days of delivery. Besides, replacement with the same product or exchange for an item of the same value is welcome. Any items returned to us should include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging where applicable.

The return of items is the responsibility of the sender, and we recommend sending them back by registered or recorded delivery. Please contact us through email: info@peabuddy.com with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item.

All items must be returned in perfect, resaleable condition (including all parts, accessories, and instructions, with any seals or wrapping unbroken). A product refund is available when you return a product to us within 7 days of purchase. The refund will be applied to your original payment method once our warehouse confirms the receipt of the returned product in resellable conditions. 

The return of items is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend sending them back by registered or recorded delivery.

Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances.

Return Method

If you wish to return any goods, please use the Contact Us function to contact our Customer Support team for Returns Authorization. Please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

It may take up to 7 working days to process your return after we receive your product.

You should expect to receive any refund made pursuant to a return or exchange request within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases, your refund will be received more quickly.

Prohibited Returns or Exchanges

Customized or personalized merchandise, as well as gift certificates, may not be returned or exchanged.

Pea Buddy cannot be responsible for items that have been ruined by your pet friends.
